Return & Refund Policy

At No0nePrints, we take pride in the quality of our 3D-printed products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please review our comprehensive return and refund guidelines below.

1. Custom and Personalized Items

Because of the highly personalized nature of custom orders (such as custom lithophane night lights or specific, made-to-order 3D prints), all sales on custom items are final. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged during shipping.

2. Standard Returns (Non-Custom Items)

  • If you are not satisfied with a standard, non-custom item, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition. Please note: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs for non-defective items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in shipping, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will make it right. A product is considered defective if it has a flaw in the design, materials, or workmanship that prevents it from functioning as intended (e.g., severe print failure, broken components, receiving the incorrect item).

Reporting a Defect: To ensure a swift resolution, you must report the defective product within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • Contact Us: Immediately email us at Returns@No0nePrints.com with the subject line: "DEFECTIVE ITEM - [Your Order Number]".

  • Provide Evidence: Your email must include your order number, a clear description of the defect, and high-resolution photos (or a short video) clearly showing the damage. This is mandatory for processing a replacement or refund.

  • Hold onto the Item: Please retain the product until we provide further instructions.

Resolution Options: Once we review the evidence, No0nePrints will determine the appropriate remedy at our discretion:

  • Replacement: We will promptly ship a replacement of the identical item at no additional cost.

  • Full Refund: If a replacement is not possible or the item is severely damaged, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

  • Return Shipping: In most cases, we may not require you to ship the defective product back to us. If a physical return is required for a defective item, No0nePrints will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

Exclusions: This policy does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use or storage, accidental damage caused by the user (e.g., dropping the item), or minor variations in color or surface texture that are inherent to the 3D manufacturing process.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed immediately on our end. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your original method of payment, depending on your bank or credit card provider's processing times.
